Hello,
When you are applying to universities abroad it is important you follow the timelines. Ideally, you should start the application process a year ahead of the intakes. By now, admission rounds have closed and students have been issued visas too, atleast most of them. You can start your process early this year for a timely application next year. Alternatively look for countries in Europe, most universities have rolling admissions.

Yes, possible. Please take your SAT to be eligible for applying to bachelor degree courses in USA. Also take the TOEFL to meet the English language requirements.

Begin researching on the admission requirements, quite obviously requirements are different, some universities are more selective than the others. Research on the admitted student profiles, average score requirements, work experience requirements and see where your profile stands.
