There is no hard and fast rule how you will get admission in MIT. It is one of the toughest universities to get into and definitely you must have an excellent academic profile, innovation skills, etc. It is a good practice to start researching by visiting university websites. Check here

Hi Liji,
To pursue MBA irrespective of the specialisation, you would be required to complete Bachelor's degree (4 year degree if you want to study in USA), take the GMAT or GRE, IELTS or TOEFL and gain work experience of 2-3 years. To further pursue MBA in Hospital management, you must have relevant work experience that is in a hospital set up etc. For fee and university specific requirements check here:

If you really wants to go you may go but I suggest you in India there are many good college for B.Sc, then why you need to spend lot of money.

It's really great know your dream of becoming an astronaut. But some dreams remain dream. Even in USA, after a gap of many years few citizens were selected to be trained as astronaut. So, you have to think of some other strategy.
