Computer Science engineering comes under group B so that the fee is higher.Your actual fee depends on your ranking as the admissions are based on categories.

As per your rank, IT is bit tough for you. But, you will surely get electronics in category 1. For more insights, participate in the counselling.

Since the ranks between 1-100000 are called for the counselling, you would also get a counselling offer. Your rank is too low to get the main campus of VIT, Vellore.

As per your rank you have slim chances. However, participate in the counseling you may get a seat in 4,5 category in any lower branches.

Well you need to write VITEEE for getting admission in that, however there is management quota seats but for this you need to talk to the college itself.

As per your rank, you will not get CSE at VIT, Vellore. You have options of mechanical, civil, EEE, chemical and production engineering.

Following are the recommendations in order of precedence based on ranking and other criteria: VIT, Manipal & then Thapar University for doing B.Tech mechanical engineering.

If you have got a good score and rank below 15000, you can get the main campus that is VIT-Vellore.
Please tell me your rank so that I may tell whether you will get the main campus or not. If you have qualified and got a seat at VIT, whatever campus it may be please don't waste time but if you think you have not did your best then drop a year and study. My opinion is if you are qualified then please do your undergraduate course without wasting any time.
