Yes, you might but certain colleges ask that you are enrolled or not in any college. Taking both the courses simultaneously will be burden for you in my opinion. Also, there exists some problem like clashing of dates. But, if you can manage it, then you can go for it.

NSHM Kolkata, is a good and reputed institution! They have good infrastructure, good faculty team, modern amenities, library, computer labs and a good placement record!

Yes, you can go with anything as long as you are comfortable with Chandigarh University and as you are from SC category, you may also get a scholarship.
