Indian students don't need to take the GRE or GMAT to study at the Carolina Uni in North Carolina. The university takes an holistic approach to admit students.

This means Indian students with strong academics and prior work experience can get in based on these factors alone.

Good news for most Indian students:

•     Most German universities — both public and private — do NOT require GRE or GMAT for their master's programs.

•     Some business schools and MBA programs at private universities may ask for GMAT, but it is not universal.

•     For technical programs (MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science): GRE is generally not required.

Exception: A few internationally top-ranked programs or universities with strong US partnerships may recommend GRE/GMAT, but it rarely serves as a hard requirement.

No, RWTH Aachen University does not really ask for a GMAT or a GRE score for most of the master's courses available here. This university focuses mostly on the factors given below for a successful application to RWTH Aachen.

Take a look at them below -

  • A good GPA
  • Curriculum fit
  • German or English language proficiency
  • A good GRE score for very competitive Engineering fields (Aerospace Engineering or Computer Science).

Yes, Indian students may need to submit GRE or GMAT scores for some PG courses. For courses like the MBA, students may be allowed solely based on a strong score in the UG degree.

Contact one of our Shiksha Study Abroad counsellors to know which courses require a GRE or GMAT and which don't.

The GRE test center provides it. You must return all sheets before leaving. You can not bring your own pens or paper into the room. So, keep these things in mind.

No. The shorter GRE format (1 hour 58 minutes) has no scheduled breaks. Leaving the room for any reason will not stop your exam timer. However, you can have water or use washroom but timer will not stop.

No. Personal calculators are strictly banned in GRE Exam.

You must use the official on screen calculator provided during the Quantitative sections. Well, do not be over dependent on calculators.
