Yes, you can get into IIT Delhi with a rank of 30 if you belong to the OBC AI quota. As per the IIT Delhi BDes cutoff 2026 for the third round, the cutoff for this category was 32.

No, you cannot get IIT Bombay with a rank of 20 no matter which category you belong to. As per the cutoff data, the highest rank admissable was 16 for the General AI category.

Howeever, with a rank of 20, you can get into IIT Delhi, if you belong to the General or OBC AI category. For both these categories, the highest admissable rank was 28 and 32, respectively. Please know that other categories will have different cutoffs. 

Tuition fee for BDes in Symbiosis Institite of Design, Pune is around INR 4.5 Lacs per year whereas it is more than INR 7.5 Lacs in Pearl Academy, Delhi (New Friends Colony). Thus, SID Pune has lower fee in comparison.
