I'm sorry to say that you won't be able to get in any kind of government college because until now no college has taken students with more than 3000 rank. I don't know about Haryana government colleges closing limit, but if you want then you can apply there.

In order to fulfill the eligibility criteria of B.Tech or BCA, you must clear all your backlogs of class 12th and in B.Tech, you must score 60+ in physics, chem and maths.
