Congratulations on getting such a good score in JEE Mains, you can easily get an NIT/IIIT at this score depending on your category and state of eligibility. Better try for JEE Advanced to get a seat secured at IIT.

CET-UJ (Combined Entrance Test - University of Jammu) is a common entrance exam conducted by the University of Jammu for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including B.Tech at BBAU (Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University).
As per my knowledge cutoff of September 2021, the CET-UJ exam consists of 180 multiple-choice questions carrying 1 mark each. The exam is conducted for a duration of 3 hours, and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.

Analysing the previous year data, for 96 percentile, your All India Rank will be 27000 to 34000 approximately. With this rank you have low chances of getting into the top NITs. Don't worry, you can try some medium to lower NITs, and also get many good private colleges with this percentile.

I think BMS institute of management for study and placement is better than new horizon college of engineering as BMSIT is good at nirf ranking and many more facilities are available in the campus and the infrastructure is quite good, Top recruiting companies and good at campus placements. Etc.
