Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari, North Maharashtra University (NMU), Jalgaon, is a prestigious NAAC-accredited university. It offers a four-year undergraduate-level degree in BTech.
To be eligible for a four-year undergraduate B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering, the criteria is as follows:
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examinations with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects.
Candidates must also have scored 45% in aggregate.

Vellore Institute of Technology is a private deemed university. It has four campuses, located at Vellore, Chennai, AP-Amravati, and Bhopal.
The admissions for BTech branches at all its campuses are based on the merit rank from VITEEE, which differs from year to year.
