Hello Rakesh Nair,
Getting a Canadian visa for studying in Canada is not dependent on your scores in different eligibility examinations. However, as a matter of fact, these examinations are indeed important but from the perspective of getting admission in an institution. Once you get the admission then based on this admission letter, the Canadian embassy in India will issue the relevant visa for your stay in that country. So, getting admission is a must for getting a visa and it's not the other way round.

Hello Afshan Tabasum,
It's very nice to hear from you that you have already started thinking about admission in PG. Opinion is divided as to whether one should do PG immediately after graduation or after few years of industry experience. I am of the opinion that one must do it immediately after completion of the graduation. Hence, I would like to advise you that please appear for the PGCET when you are in final year of your graduation. Best wishes to you.

Hi,
I don't think you can apply basis your Diploma. Diplomas are not accepted as qualification to study Bachelors courses. You can still check with the universities, check university-ASSIST and DAAD websites. University-ASSIST is the portal through which you will apply to majority of the German universities. You may also consider completing the first year of a Bachelor's degree programme in India or clear IIT JEE Adv.

Australia is a good market for Civil Engineers but you will need the relevant certifications to be eligible for positions. They also value local experience a lot. US has a lot of infrastructure projects in the pipeline, but are being held up in Congress. The immigration system is also very difficult to navigate through. India and China have a lot of opportunity as they are looking to completely transform their roads, highways and buildings over the next few decades. Thanks.
