Yes, you can pursue your higher education abroad. Look for Bachelor's degree courses. Take the IELTS or TOEFL. Before applying, check university websites and learn about the university specific admission requirements.

It is not at all mandatory to complete your B.Tech from BITS. Nevertheless, you need to take up the BITS online exam.

You can take admissions in PEC after 12th on the basis of merit list of JEE Mains.
I don't think there are intake after Diploma.
But you can still check the site - www.pec.ac.in.

Hi Mohammad,
Yes you can. Don't worry about finance as you can check scholarship options and if you have a very good profile, universities will give you scholarship. Check on university websites about financial aid to international students and write to them for further details. You can also check for education loans.

GRE is mainly a requirement in universities in the USA. Cal Tech, Georgia Tech, MIT etc are top notch ones. First, decide where you want to study, every university has its own admission requirement.
