Please use the link provided below for details regarding options to study Ph.D in civil engineering at Vels University. You should be able to download their brochure which should give you accurate details regarding a course in Ph.D at Vels University. To my knowledge, a course in Ph.D is currently unavailable at the institute, however, you can use the link to download the brochure to check for the same.

Hello Manideep,
There is no particular cutoff mark but the admission is based on the All India rank that you get in VITEEE. To get civil engineering at VIT, Vellore, your rank should be at least below 5000.

Hello Syed,
It's good to have dreams. But merely having dreams is not enough. One has to study hard work hard to achieve dreams. Normally any country allows immigration only if you are amongst the best. Your marks in graduation are a bit on lower side. I advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students to Canada to work out details.
