In this modern day, engineering knowledge with management is required to complete the projects and operations within budgeted time and cost.
You can do MBA in following fields:
1. Human Resource Management (HRM) - MBA(HR) is a very good stream and you can get a job of HR in any company after doing this course. As HR's job is related with Human resource so its very important job and you can get a very good salary after doing MBA with HR stream.
2. Technology- MBA with Technology also will be very good for you as you also having an Engineering degree and this will provide you a very good job and also a very good salary too.

JEE is only for the undergraduate admissions. For post graduate education, you need to appear for GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) which is conducted by the IITs for the post graduate studies.

After Completing Diploma, you can look for government colleges and Central Universities or may be private colleges of your state which comes under State university. Also clear exams with more than 65% and no backlogs for good college.
