First, you need to know the difference between the two programs and match with your career plans. Which one is better will depend on your career plans. MIM is Information Management while MEM is Engineering Management, know what you want and then compare. Learn about career outcomes of both the programs, since you are an engineer MEM will suit you better but you should be knowing what is best for you and it's your personal choice. Decide accordingly.

1.Architecture: A skilled and qualified architecture is always in demand.
2. Legum Baccalaureus or Bachelor of Law / Laws (LLB).
3. Bachelor of Communication and Journalism or Bachelor of Mass Communication degree.
4. Internet, web designing, IT.

For joining IIT for civil engineering you have to appear in JEE Mains and Advance and if you want to join PG Program then you have to appear in exam GATE. I hope you understand that both the exams are compulsory to appear for joining IIT but both are at different level.
