It's good to have dreams. But merely having dreams is not enough. One has to study hard work hard to achieve dreams. Normally any country allows immigration only if you are amongst the best. Your marks in graduation are a bit on lower side. I advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students to Canada to work out details.

Many a times its destiny and many a times it's a question of grabbing an opportunity when it presents itself. Merely academics never help. You have to develop that oomph, which go get it done attitude and of course never say die attitude.
