Please approach any private or govt. insurance companies. They are always on the lookout out to recruit young dynamic persons as agents.

Its not possible after first semester and stream change after first year is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details contact the college authorities.

The specialization offered in MBA are finance, marketing, HR, operations, entrepreneurship. There are no civil specific branches but you can consider taking operations as your specialization. You cannot get admission without giving any entrance test. You can give CAT,CMAT,MHT-CET for taking admission.

Opt for the engineering branch that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission
You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of Aptitude, personality and career interest to clear confusion.

It's really nice to know about a caring sister. After Diploma what? This question comes to the most students mind. I suggest he should attempt to get a job. May be with a builder now and later start off with his own real estate company.
