You are already a commerce graduate working in real estate company. What will you gain by going in for Diploma at this stage? I would rather advise you to go for some work-related course via distance education.

With unemployment at almost 50% for the fresh engineering graduates, it very good idea that you have thought of. India's population is growing and hence insurance persons required is also increasing. Please approach any private or govt. insurance companies. They are always on the lookout out to recruit young dynamic persons as agents.

It's really nice to know about a caring sister. After Diploma what? This question comes to the most students mind. I suggest he should attempt to get a job. May be with a builder now and later start off with his own real estate company.
