BIET Jhansi cutoff for BTech is also based on UPTAC Counselling. As per the BIET Jhanshi UPTAC cutoff 2023, the last round cutoff for BTech ranged between 69144 and 157457 for the General All India category candidates. For the General Home State Quota, the Round 1 and the Last Round closing ranks were 76520 and 67424 for BTech programme.

Joy University BTech admission is based on marks obtained in JOYAT or JEE Main, followed by counselling. Candidates who have secured more than 80 percentile in the JEE Main exam are eligible for direct admission. Candidates must also fulfil the basic eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the course. The criteria is that the candidate must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with Maths, Physics, Chemistry and English as mandatory subjects with a minimum of 60% in PCM aggregate marks and a minimum of 50% in every subject.

Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering & Technology accepts JEE Main scores, followed by a counselling process for admission to the BTech programmes. During the BIET Janshi cutoff 2023, the last round closing rank ranged between 69144 and 190773, among which CSE was the most competitive specialisation. The Round 1 and the Last Round closing ranks for BTech in CSE were 60998 and 69144, respectively for the General All India category candidates. Students with Higher Secondary (Science) or equivalent examination and have qualified Joint Entrance Examination (Main) conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education or the Joint Entrance Examination conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board for admission to Engineering, Pharmacy & Technological Degree Colleges as recommended by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board.
