Generally, Amazon recruits CSE students, and even you need to pursue M.Tech in top Institute. In companies like TCS you can get placed if TCS visits your campus at Campus placements in 4th year. Placements will start only from 4th year for most of the colleges.

KLE Technological University has an option of minor degree as claimed on their website but minor degrees are offered in few selected courses only.

You have to have a B.Com (hons.) degree or some other graduation degree before starting with CFA programme. You are eligible to write CFA level 1.

No, you cannot take two degrees from distance both completion year has to be different. You cannot show them together. So its waste actually. Also it depends on course duration. If you have June as end in same year you can take new degree of other course as you pass the first. All the best.
