The cutoff for a general candidate for B.Com at Symbiosis College of Arts and commerce last year was 85%. But, to opt for honors, one has to score minimum 65% in first year of B.Com without any backlog. Only them one can opt for honors in second year of B.Com as there is no such honors in first year.

No, the Bar Council of India (BCI) does not recognize any distance or part-time LLB Degrees. If you enroll into any distance LLB. The degree will not be useful for practicing as an advocate. You will have to enroll into a regular college for your LLB.

Looking at all aspects of a college Ramanujan college, Delhi is better than the Symbiosis School of Economics in terms of Academic approach, Faculty available, Infrastructure of the campus, Social life and some more aspects as well.
