Hi,
Major universities have already closed their admission rounds for 2019 Fall, yes the admission process begins a year before the intake. Some universities have deadlines till February. You must visit the university sites, the deadlines are written on the websites.

Hi Christeen,
Without mathematics, I doubt if you will find any computer course, Maths is required and mandatory in class 12th. You can check with the colleges for foundation courses. And also since you are from commerce background choosing a CS degree now will be difficult, it has to be relevant whatever you choose to study. You better go for commerce related courses.

There is no issue with the amount of real degrees or Masters. You do until each course is from UGC approved course in that institution.

Lot of Bachelor's degree programs have cut off as 50%. So, for 66% you should stand a good chance to get into Bachelors. Some of the courses might require entrance exams. So, look into that.
