Hello Hemant,
There is no effect of the college affiliation on placements whatsoever. As long as you are in the hands of reputed institutes like CGC Landran, there will be no issue in meeting your future goals. The B.Tech degrees at CGC, Landran are affiliated to IKGPTU and still, the students have bagged placement packages as high as 31.77 LPA.

Hello,
There are no degree courses for one year. But there are Diploma courses, you can go for Diploma courses which holds duration of 1 year, 2 year or 3 year as per the requirement. University like IGNOU etc. Provide Diploma courses. Hope this helps.
