Hi Ishfaq, can you please explain what B.LL is? However, one rule to swear by is that you must never lie on your application because then you will have to bring in your documents to support your claim in case you get selected. As you have only studied B.Com and you don't have any certification to prove that you are studying or have passed out of the other degree, you should not fill out. It leads to cancellation of the application. If the form was online then will have a chance to edit the form, please do so.

Hello Sarfaraj, It's Indeed very good to see that you are about to take a very rational decision. Yes hoping for engineering degree even after a gap of few years is not bad but you have attempted and found out that it is difficult for you. Acceptance of this difficulty is very tough and hence I commend you for this. BCA will definitely help you in getting along with your career in a big way, and hence if you are getting admission just grab it and go ahead without any doubts. Best wishes to you.

It's good to study in foreign as it give more exposure and new perspective towards the field or study. Look for exams the Foreign universities are conducting. Normal exams that are international is GRE TOEFL, etc. Are the exams that annually is conducted. Go for that exam which is conducted by that university in which you are willing to take admission. Score more and try to get the scholarship at that place. Try to give at least one common exam conducting in foregin countries for admissions. Look for the syllabus of exams and cover it thoroughly. For any further query please feel free to ask me.
Best of luck.
