The Bachelor of Technology (Latin Baccalaureus Technologie, commonly abbreviated as B.Tech.; with Honours as B.Tech. No. It only takes admission in AME that is aircraft maintenance engineering which is governed by the DGCA.
It is also a good course and has job scope too. If you are willing to pursue this course then go for it.
Best of luck. For any further query please feel free to ask.

M.Sc. Clinical microbiology is better than post graduation Diploma in medical laboratory technology but in first one, you may get job sooner or later but with more scope for good package and promotion but in the 2nd one, you will get job quickly but with small package and less promotion aspects. First one will land you really in different cosmos as compared with 2nd one, 1st one is worth to try. Finally, you have to decide and choose.
All the very best.

According to me, B.Tech is better than the degree if your college is a government college (IIIT, NIT or IIT). Otherwise, a degree course is better than B.Tech.
