You are eligible for admission but final admission depends on a lot of factors. The shortlisting criteria for interviews of IIM-B is based on CAT score, class 10th, class 12th and graduation scores and work experience. In case of IIM-B, the weightage for past academic performance and work experience is high, so it depends if you score well in CAT exam. The graduation scores can create a problem for IIMB specifically but other Iims have a different criteria.
