Both ECE and CSE are good branches of engineering. Major companies visit only top colleges for campus placement. Nowadays, it is difficult to get a job if you do not get a job in campus placement. The ICT embodies the convergence of computer and communication systems and has obtained wide acceptance as a distinct discipline. It is a cumulative course involving the study of core subjects of CS,IT and EC. There are a lot of opportunities in future in ICT. Since placement is the only concern the average salary is Rs 7.5 lakhs per annum. Besides IIIT Banglore is recently established college and is not recognized yet.
