First is, the cast you belong and second is your marks.
The marks you have obtained are good, you did your best. But when you fill the form for DTE you will know the merit no of your by your marks, by your cast, etc. One more important thing for second year engineering the available seats of coep are just 12 for every field. Yes, you can get direct admission in 2nd year of four years B.Tech course in COEP college, Pune after completion of your three years Diploma course with an aggregate of 65% marks from a recognised board.

1. Applicants must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education in 10+2 pattern after a period of twelve years of study or an examination by other boards recognized as equivalent by the University of North Bengal.
