When I joined GIBS, I wasn't very confident about speaking in front of people, but slowly things changed. We had presentations, group projects, events and activities that helped me come out of my comfort zone. The faculty were supportive too, which made it easier to improve without feeling nervous.
Presentations helped me speak more confidently.
Group projects taught me to work with different people.
Events gave me chances to interact with others.
Placement training helped me prepare for interviews.

I don't have a clear idea about the exact minimum graduation percentage required for MBA/PGDM admission at GIBS Bangalore so I would suggest checking its the latest official eligibility criteria before applying.
However if you are also exploring other options LPU can be a good choice for management studies. It offers MBA programmes with practical learning industry exposure internships skill development and placement support which can be helpful for students preparing for the corporate world.

I studied at GIBS Bangalore, and one thing I found useful was the support available for internships, placements and skill development. Students get help with finding internship opportunities and preparing for placements through training, mock interviews, communication sessions and career guidance. There are also practical activities, projects and industry interactions that help build skills beyond regular classes.

The application fee for GIBS Business School is very simple and affordable.
- For BBA / MBA / PGDM courses, the application fee is around ₹750 to ₹950 depending on the program.
Admission is confirmed later after interview / selection process
So overall, the application fee is low and just the first step to start your admission process at GIBS.

At Global Institute of Business Studies Bangalore, placement packages are quite balanced, with good opportunities for both average and top-performing students.
- the highest package: around ₹16–20 LPA
- Average package: around ₹7–8 LPA
- the lowest package: around ₹4–5 LPA
- Many companies visit, so students get multiple chances
- Final package depends on skills, communication, and performance
Most students get a decent salary, and with good effort you can get higher packages — like I was able to get around 9 LPA. One of the best college in terms of placements and ROI.
