Yes, GIBS does provide international exposure opportunities through things like international visits, exchange-related activities, global sessions and interactions with people from different countries.

I studied at GIBS, and we also had opportunities to attend international webinars, guest sessions and discussions with global professionals, which gave us a broader perspective beyond the regular classroom learning.

I personally found these experiences useful because you get to understand different markets, cultures and ways of doing business. It's a nice addition to the regular PGDM experience and gives students a more global outlook.

GIBS Bangalore supports students throughout the course, not just during placements.

From the beginning, we had sessions on communication skills, aptitude, resume building, mock interviews, and group discussions. Along with that, the college helped students get internship opportunities so we could gain practical experience before final placements.

I liked that the placement team kept guiding us at every stage. If someone needed help with interviews, resumes, or career guidance, they were always there to support.

Overall, I felt the college focused on preparing students step by step, so by the time placements started, we were much more conf

The minimum graduation percentage required for MBA/PGDM at GIBS Bangalore is At least 50% in graduation (any stream)

Simple eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
• Minimum ~50% marks in graduation
• Final-year students can also apply (if they meet criteria after results)
• Valid entrance exam score like CAT / CMAT / MAT / ATMA / etc.

In some cases, SC/ST candidates may get relaxation (around 45%) depending on rules.

So overall, it's a straightforward eligibility process among PGDM colleges in Bangalore focused more on entrance + interview + overall profile rather than very high cutoffs.

The application fee for GIBS Business School is very simple and affordable.

  • For BBA / MBA / PGDM courses, the application fee is around ₹750 to ₹950 depending on the program.
  • Admission is confirmed later after interview / selection process

So overall, the application fee is low and just the first step to start your admission process at GIBS.

At Global Institute of Business Studies Bangalore, placement packages are quite balanced, with good opportunities for both average and top-performing students.

  • the highest package: around ₹16–20 LPA
  • Average package: around ₹7–8 LPA
  • the lowest package: around ₹4–5 LPA
  • Many companies visit, so students get multiple chances
  • Final package depends on skills, communication, and performance

Most students get a decent salary, and with good effort you can get higher packages — like I was able to get around 9 LPA. One of the best college in terms of placements and ROI.
