Yes, you can definitely join XLRI if you are selected for the course. However, there will be some dues you might have to pay at your previous university before you come for XLRI. If you do that, then there will be no issue, whatsoever.

Placement record of GLBIMR is 11 lakhs as the highest, average is 5-6 lakhs and lowest is 3-4.5 lakhs. But coming specially to HRM it is 4-4.5 lakhs. GLBIMR is really a great option for HRM and you will be very grateful for being part of it because it is best in all the aspect. Main thing is that this institute have tremendous working style and discipline as well. All the best!!

You do not need CET for the distance program, but it will be required if you wish to pursue MBA in HRM in regular mode through colleges accepting CET. The exam will depend on the college eg. BVP CET, MAH CET, etc.

Yes, if you really want to do HR course then first try to complete your graduation. Take admission in graduation in English hons. Improve your English very well and improve your speaking power. After the completion of your graduation with English honors go for HR course. You will get lots of advantage then. You will easily learn HR course, but after 12th also you may do HR course. But after 12th if you go for HR course then I don't think you will be a very good in HR. Go for HR course after graduation.
