XLRI Jamshedpur PGDM in HRM tuition fees is INR 28.6 lakh. Candidates who get finalised have to pay the required admission fee amount to secure their seats. The fee structure can include other factors as well, such as security deposit, alumni fee, etc. It is within the rights of the institute to revise its fee structure. If you are considering BBA in HRM or B.Com in HRM, I suggest thinking about your career aspirations. A BBA in HRM combines HR topics with business topics such as marketing, finance, business strategy, etc. This is the right path if your aspiration is to move into leadership or management positions at some stage. To pursue your career in Banking sector there are two options for that as you have completed your PGDM in HR you can pursue MBA in Finance to get a good job in Private banks like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank through College's placements and more.
