It will mainly depends on the choice of the college you choose. A rank under 25000 will help you to get CSE in lower NIT'S or IIIT's. All the best.

I hope you are doing well. If you are talking about the B.Tech branches i.e. CS or IT then you should start with IIITs as they are having CS branch and after that NITs are having CS branch.

No, this is not possible in any of the rounds for CSE as the competition is high, accompanied by your relatively low ranking for the position. You should try for non-technical branches for SIT, Pune or probably need to change your college preference.
