Hi Sohan,
You have very low chances with this score. Although you should try to participate in the counselling. Lower NITs like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar and NIT Jamshedpur provide chances for low rankers in the last round. You can also predict other possible colleges here:

I do not think you can get any NIT based on your rank in JoSAA counselling. You may get eastern NIT, NIT Srinagar in CSAB counselling but not sure.
