It will be very difficult for you to get admission in this college in computer science engineering. I will suggest you to apply for other branches like IT, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, etc.

You need to score at least 75% in your intermediate or be in top 20 percentile of your board marks. You can give JEE Mains exam continuously for 3 year, 1st start from class 12 itself. There is no other eligibility criteria.

No, it's not possible for you to get admission in any of the government colleges with this rank in Mains Paper 2. Its better to go with private institutes.

With 8% in 12th and 9.1 percentile in JEE mains paper 2 unfortunately your daughter may not be able to take up any college for engineering, She can choose other streams.
