Go for lower order NITs like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur, IIEST Shibpur, etc. In these colleges, you may get computer science engineering. You can also predict other possible colleges here :

You cannot get computer science engineering in SASTRA University with this score. I will suggest you to go for information technology, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, etc.
