Yes, you are eligible to take admission for B.Tech courses in navy engineering college. Generally, the eligibility criteria is 60 percent marks in class 12th board, so you are eligible. There is very less chance to get admission in NIT Trichy even with sports quota. NIT Trichy is top 2 and NIT in India, so it is difficult.
