For admission in IITs you need to appear for JEE Advanced and if you score less than 10k rank you will be eligible to take admission. With this percentile, it's not possible for you to get admission in NITs. It is better for you to go with private institutes. IITs accept only admission based on JEE Advanced Score. I think you're confused between IITs and IIITs. IIITs take admission if you get good rank in JEE Mains where they do not care about JEE Advanced. IITs are different from IIITs.
