I will prefer you RD Sharma, because it has different level of difficulty of level of questions. So, it will help you in solving different problems easily. Sometime RS Khurmi is better.

As you have scored 84 percentile in JEE Mains exam, so you are eligible to take admission in sikkim or Mizoram. Yes, you can get a seat with this score. Just participate in the counselling process. Best of luck.

You can join this college using JEE Mains rank by applying B-Category. You can also get into the college using your EAMCET score through counselling. The fees for complete B.Tech course is 93,000 at present.

NITs will be difficult, as cut off AIR is under 20000 for most NITs and IIITs.

You can expect a seat in Thapar University. It will be bit difficult as 79.2 percentile might be on lower side considering a fight for CSE branch. It will be difficult to get NITs/IIITs at this rank. Generally cut off rank for NITs with a decent branch is under 20000. You can try for IIIT-Pune its new IIIT. You can also check the below link for other colleges you may expect at this score -

You can get CSE or it in any of the low NIT.
And, it was observed during 2018 counseling till round the student with 26459 got a seat in IIIT and for a female, it was 29976.
But in spot round, it was nearly 28000 for gender neutral.
