I'm assuming that your state gives admissions in engineering colleges based on JEE Mains exam. No, with that percentile you cannot get CSE in LNMIT Jaipur. The cut-off goes very high of this college.

Please mention your category to get a clear cut answer for instance I am assuming you to be of general category so with this rank you may get admission into a government college but I am not sure whether you will get computer Science branch or not because it's cutoff is usually high.
