Yes, you can get admission if you have qualified the JEE paper as this college takes 10% of its admission through JEE Mains score only.

I'll suggest you to opt for UIET Kurukshetra as it is the best college from all the other colleges in the list, on the basis of placements, infra and faculty.

In CSE, you will get to know about the software building and web development but in ECE, you will get to know how to make electrical appliances and the communication system.
