For getting admission in SASTRA University in B.Tech bioinformatics without JEE Mains you have to appear for the university's entrance exam after that you can get admission in this university.

The rank limits for OBC is more when compared to JEE. Yes the rank limit of general be available for OBC students.

You can obviously opt for B.Sc, but it won't help you like you are expecting. First, the reason you may think few days later that the subject you opted is nice, you will try not to avoid it and will read in detail which may affect your preparation for JEE. Secondly, you have to read the three paper PCM equivalent to secure a good rank in JEE. So, it's better you join any test series for JEE and try to study at home or if you are not sure of yourself, then opt B.Sc. And appear for JEE which will ultimately give no benefit.

For the 2019 JEE Mains questions paper, you have to visit the JEE Mains official website. There you can find the pdf for this and there only you can download the paper.

Yes, it is necessary for colleges like School of planning and architecture, New Delhi, IITS, NITS, GFTIs, ICFAI University, etc., these are the top colleges of India. Some other private colleges are there which takes admission either direct or there own university entrance exams such as state level entrance exams as AKTU entrance exam.

It is actually futile to predict or imagine qualification percentile for OBC in JEE Mains exam. The second round of exam is underway and as per one report almost 80% students are repeating the exam for hoping to better their earlier percentile. I would sincerely advise you to have patience as the result is expected in last week of this month. Best wishes for your dreams of clearing JEE Mains.
