With 90 marks in JEE Mains exam according to last year cut-off your rank will be in the range of 180000 - 200000. With this rank, I am sorry to say you won't be able to get any branch in any of the NITs but according to last year cut-off which was 81 marks you can get qualified for JEE Advanced examination. We can't be 100% sure about it until JEE Mains officially declares the cut-off marks for JEE Advanced 2018 for all the categories. But, if you get the chance you can try to score a little higher marks in JEE Advanced which can create scope for you to get admission in one of the IITs. For getting into the IITs, NITs, IIITs and some other government institutes you have to register yourself on the website of JoSAA. Then, within the allowed time frame, you have to select colleges of your choice and give them priority accordingly. Then after the first cutoff has been declared you have to check which desired college have you got. For the next round of cutoff, you may change the priorities and/or add/remove institute of your choice accordingly. When you have received the college of your favorite choice you have to lock your choice and wait for the reporting day to be announced. On the reporting day, visit the institute to get yourself enrolled and seek your admission.
