Yes, you will get but not in 1st and 2nd counselings but you need to attend more counselings if not you have to choose the other option.

Hello,
97 percentile implies a rank of around 27k. You cannot expect a seat in top NITs, however, you may get a seat in new colleges like IIT Sri City, etc. To get a seat in good NITs you need to have above 98 percentile.
