Hello Pranjal,
Majority of the colleges located in Mumbai area admit students based on the entrance examination conducted by the State Government of Maharashtra called MHT CET. The admissions based on JEE Mains are against the all india quota but these seats are very limited in numbers and very tough to get admission. The Deemed to be university in this area conduct their own exam for admission and you may have to appear for these if you are interested in getting admission in one of the deemed universities. Hello Satadal Deka, Presently in India, CSE is the top most preference of students. One needs to be in top bracket of merit list to get this branch. You have obtained a little less than 75 as percentile. I am afraid with this your chances of getting this branch are quite slim. Hello Sheeran, From this year onwards a new agency called NTA will be conducting JEE Mains exam and not CBSE. To help students NTA has decided to conduct JEE Mains at least twice in a year with the aim of enabling students to appear once again for improvement of the score. Combining your 12th marks, you will get a seat in NITs, but you will have to look for desired branch if the seat is available in that.

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify for NIT or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration
