Hello Sree Harsha,
It is very interesting to see your desire to get into deemed to be university for doing your graduation. I assume, it's engineering graduation. Many deemed to be universities accept students from top 20% bracket or who are placed in order of merit in their Engineering branches directly without going through entrance exams. This is fundamentally to attract students with good academic records. But you will have to find out from your intended institution the rules governing this. Best wishes to you.

At Google, you can find a list of online websites, they are offering the last 10 years free sample question papers with answer key. With sample question papers, you can understand each topic and also judge my preparation improvement. Well, Sikhsha also providing sample question papers for JEE.

Various online websites are offering free sample paper for the last 10 years. I used Etoos India sample papers and its help me to clear each topic, and I also judge my preparation improvement. Well, you can review other institute sample papers.

The IIT JEE Mains exam is the first step to take admission into the IIT institutes for the engineering courses.
The candidates who qualifies the JEE mains will be eligible to appear for JEE advanced exam. After qualifying the JEE advanced exam, candidates will be selected to take admission into one of the IIT based on the cut off marks.
The candidates can take admission into NITs or private engineering institutes based on the JEE mains score.
Check the admission notification of the institute in which you are going to take admission.
