Your chances of getting ECE are quite low. Try for some other good private colleges.

If 26500 is your general rank, then you can choose NIT Jamshedpur for Mechanical engineering or if it is your OBC rank, then it is a little bit difficult for getting mech at NIT.

If it is your first attempt and you don't want to lose your effort, then join the NIT and there you can prepare for JEE Advanced along with the college. Many of my friends have done this and all have passed with flying colours.

For getting admission in COEP, or rather, to get admission in any engineering college, you need CET or JEE score and HSC score.

Your marks are a little less than required to get admission in COEP Mechanical, so you cannot get admission in COEP but you can apply in other colleges in Pune. You will definitely get a good college.

Hello Himanshu,
There will be separate special round for JEE Counselling in AKTU Counselling but by this you can only apply for private college. Government AKTU colleges don't take JEE score & admission process is only via UPSEE but private institutions filled a few seats through JEE. So stay tuned by regularly visiting AKTU official website. Thanks :)
All the best!

Yes, you can choose many government colleges like Ajmer, Baran, Bikaner, Bharatpur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, etc. But a few colleges focus on quality studies. You can also choose private colleges from Jaipur.
All the best.
