Yes, you can and I'll prefer you to withdraw it for sure as in the special round the chances of getting good NIT increases and it might be possible that you might land into the top NIT.

If you have qualified JEE Mains and wish to opt for the automobile engineering look for the admit procedure of DTU, NSIT and PEC. These institutes are having great representation in the industrial world.

You must have scored more than 125 marks to CSE branch in that for all other branches if you have scored more than 85 marks it is more than sufficient.

If you have strong determination to study hard, drop a year and get into the best NITs or IIITs through JEE Mains. Strong will-power will make you go through the exams, will make you crack the exam with the cake walk. You can get through exam if you study days and night just to make your dream come true. Take it and next year, show your status as studying in NIT or IIIT. Make yourself and family proud.

For a JEE preparing guy, nothing is known to him about the side by side as the syllabus for the exam is already so vast that student cannot anything beside that but yes if want to do something side by side then you can prepare for the state technical university exams and nothing other than that.

See, at this rank, you might college in the last round of the counselling or you can say in the CSAB round only and getting CSE is also quite difficult for you to get there so if you want branch only and not the college then you can take admission in the GL Bajaj Mathura otherwise if you want national level college without any specific branch then you can wait for the Josaa.
