Try getting into big private universities by clearing their entrance. Manipal, VIT, UPES, Thapar, DAIICT be some of the good options. If you want a government college, DTU is another good option. Moreover, if you are into these, you can get into LPU, CU or Amity. Moreover, for a bigger name, a one year drop is the best option.

You can get NIT but of a very lower rank. The more you compromise with the college rank, the better your stream will be and vice-versa. Some recommendations are NIT-Silchar, Manipur, Pondicherry, etc.

Dear Anubhab,
With this rank, it will get somewhat difficult for you to get some good government college. Instead of settling down for some mediocre government college, it would be better if you try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Tech degree with various specializations including CSE and ECE. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Yes, you will easily get your desired branch. Try, CSE also, as the rank is somewhat close to previous year's CSE cut-off rank.

According to your marks and rank, it is quite difficult to get admission in DTU and NITs in CSE branch. But don't lose hope, maybe there is any chance. But if you are comfortable with other branches like mechanical, civil, and ECE then there are much more chances than CSE.

If your location is your priority, I would suggest google some of the good universities which accepts JEE Mains marks. Though, moving out of your location, you can get any NIT accepts top 4 or 5. Some better suggestions are BIT-Mesra, NIT-Bhopal, NIT-Durgapur, NIT-Kurukshetra, NIT-Raipur.

Though with this marks, getting into DTU is difficult. Try appearing for their own exam. Moreover, suggesting you to compromise with the core branches with the name of your college will not be a good decision,
