You have neither mentioned in which college you are seeking admission nor you have mentioned which state you belong to. Admission in an engineering college without entrance exam is only possible via management quota.

Admission in GNDU is based on JEE Mains. Even though you have scored more than required score in class 12th but your marks in JEE Mains are too low. I feel you may not get admission in GNDU with this score.

Your score in qualifying exam is very good. Your score in JEE Mains is low. What happened? Unfortunately, 90 is too low to get admission in any NIT.

Thapar is one of the best known colleges in India. I feel you should have no hesitation in joining this college. Placements are also quite good.

Even though your marks in class 12th are quite good, why you got so low score in JEE Mains? If it's because of some personal issue then you may appear the exam once again. With these marks, I don't think you will get admission anywhere.

This college in Durgapur is one if the premier colleges of WB. Admission is through JEE Mains or WBJEE. Needless to say that you need to score good marks for admission here.

It's very heartening to know your aim of breaking into the top 1000. I am sure this is a good enough rank to get admission in your desired college. You should aim to score 300+ marks to achieve your goal.

There is no escaping from CET in some or other form. In Rajasthan also one has to pass a test conducted by the government for admission in engineering colleges.
