Yes, along with results, AIR is announced as well. State ranks are announced separately.

With AIR of more than 4 lakhs, I don't think you will get admission in this college. Why obsession for engineering? I would advise you to go to career counselor and seek guidance.
I am however attaching link for information.

You are saying that you have been allotted seat in first round of CAP. If you have been allotted seat, then why are you asking "will I get a seat?". I have not understood. If you can ask clear question, I can answer.

For admission in IITs you need to appear for JEE Advanced. For appearing in JEE Advanced you need to score more than cutoff in JEE Mains. I think you have scored less than the required cutoff and hence not eligible for JEE Advanced and hence not eligible for IIT Allahabad.

Yes, state ranks is separately announced for those states which are taking part in JEE Mains. AIR too is announced for students for admission to NITs and other few colleges.

The concession is available to PWD in cutoffs. Normally cutoffs are lower than normal, but then you have to be in higher strata of rank. For top NITs, you need to score around 300.

Your rank appears to be reasonably okay. I feel you should get admission in one of the good NITs. Give all possible choices. Do not skip out any NIT.
Best wishes.

Do you want to become an architect? But 45000 rank is way low. There will not be these many seats for architecture.
Best wishes!
