You can use Shiksha or Resonance rank predictor for exact ranks. According to me your expected rank is between 2 and 2.5 lakh.

I am sorry to disappoint you my friend but with the above mentioned score you may not get any decent government college but you can definitely get some other good private colleges like VIT, BITS, SRM etc for which you may apply. Also the placement in these colleges is quite good as almost all major recruiting companies of different branches visit these colleges.
