Only NCERT may not. But there are high chances that NCERT along with NCERT EXEMPLAR PROBLEMS BOOK will do. However, you should be very thorough with the NCERT books, particularly Chemistry, since many questions from the chemistry section come from the NCERT books directly.
If you are thorough with the above mentioned two books, have the required speed and a cool mind to be very accurate during the exam, 280 won't be that tough.

Start with chemistry first. refer to ncert whole books of 11th and 12th. then refer to JD LEE, OP TANDON . Then jump to maths. Solve whole RD SHARMA , ML KHANNA, SL LONEY, HALL KNIGHT. Practice 50+ questions a day. Solve a full length mock paper including question from topics you learned whole day. Then finally to physics. Start with hc verma's theory. Then jump to dc pandey. Same thing matters here practice daily. and solve 1 full length mock question paper.

Physics- HC Verma
Mathematics- NCERT, and sample paper books can do it all
Chemistry - NCERT is more than enough for the concepts but for practice you should try previous year questions

The syllabus is almost the same as JEE Main is conducted by CBSE itself. But you need command over your concepts to actually get a good score in JEE Main.

JEE Main Paper 2 is conducted for admissions to B.Arch/B.Planning courses at NITs, and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions. JEE Mains paper 2 is based on both drawing and maths skills, it has a math section (level is same as the Jee Mains paper 1) and a sketching and 3D interpretation section. The rank you obtain in paper 2 is independent of the paper 1 rank.
