Hi Vikram,
Exams like the IIT-JEE always bring along a lot of apprehension and restlessness.
JEE, one of the most crucial exams and a gateway to top notch Indian engineering and tech institutes, requires utmost hard-work and preparation.
In order to achieve the best, you need to get your hands on the right book.

Physics:
Concepts of Physics, Vol-I and Vol- 2 by H.C.Verma.
Problems in Physics by I.E.Irodov(with 1700 problems; apparently the most effective book for practicing physics).

Your expected rank is going to be above 75000. As for the colleges that you are going to get in Nagpur, check the link below
https://www.shiksha.com/jee-mains-college-predictor
No colleges available for this rank in UP.
You can also go for direct admission in any good private university without ccb counselling so as to get a branch of your choice.
Good luck.

So many colleges are there which are providing B.Tech in computer science. Some of the best colleges take their own test. On the basis of the result you can get admission and also the scholarship. Try to get admission in following institues.
BIT Mesra, Ranchi
PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore
Lovely Professional University, phagwara
PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore
Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai
These colleges are also providing good opportunities for placements. Check details from the website of respective institute.
