The cutoff changes depending on rounds, specialisations, and categories. If you qualify under the General AI quota, the maximum required JEE Main cutoff rank for B.Tech admission was 60255 in 2025.Those who have a lower cutoff than the one specified can get a seat in NIT Warangal BTech. For CSE, ECE, etc., the cutoff ranks tend to be lower showing high competition for admission in the engineering aspirants.

Candidates seeking admission to the BTech course at NIT Trichy are advised to secure a cutoff rank of up to 24515. The cutoff rank for this specialisation ranged from 21087 to 31754, as per the first and last round closing cutoff ranks according to the JoSSA and CSAB counselling results. Yes, your chances of getting into NIT Puducherry with a JEE Main Cutoff 2025 rank of 40000 are favourable if you belong to the OBC HS quota. For the OBC HS category, the cutoff rank ranged from 120407 to 424690, wherein B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was the toughest and B.Tech. in Civil Engineering, the easiest. 

However, if you belong to the  OBC AI category, while BTech CSE and ECE would be tough to get admission in, other branches such as B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, B.Tech. in Civil Engineering, etc., might be easier to get admitted to. No, candidates can not get into IIIT Hyderabad for BTech without JEE Main. IIT Hyderabad admission process is completely entrance-based for the majority of the programmes. Admission to BTech at IIIT Hyderabad is done on the basis of JEE Main score/ Olympiad (KVPY) or through SPEC (Special Channel of Admission).

To get admission to NIT Durgapur for CSE, candidates can have a rank of 12268 or below according to NIT Durgapur BTech cutoff 2025 if they belong to the General AI category. 

The cutoff for the OBC AI category candidates was closed at 16608 for CSE. For the SC AI and ST AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks closed at 1641 and 584, respectively. For the EWS AI category candidates, the cutoff was closed at 13104. For the PWD category candidates, the cutoff was closed at 406 for BTech in CSE. 

Please remember that the cutoff for other quotas will differ.

ECB Bikaner offers admission to BTech programme based on JEE Main scores of the candidates. However, it is not compulsory. Aspirants can get admission in BTech based on their Class 12 marks. Candidates with a valid score are further required to participate in REAP Counselling for a seat in the BTech programme.

The maximum cutoff rank required in 2025 for admission to B.Tech. in CSE was 48300 at IIIT Bhopal for the students belonging to the General AI quota. Therefore, a cutoff rank of up to 45000 is considered to be a safe rank for CSE admission at this institute. Please note that the required cutoff rank varies every year for different categories. The round-wise maximum required cutoff ranks for CSE admission are tabulated below for OBC category students in 2025.

For postgraduate courses such as MTech, students can join IIT Madras by appearing for the GATE, COAP, and various other entrance exams. For MBA courses, CAT is the acceptable entrance exam. For the PhD, CAT, and GATE are all accepted by the college.

Yes, LNMIIT Jaipur admits BTech courses through JEE Main merit. Candidates are also required to meet the 60% eligibility criteria in Class 12 with PCM as subjects. Shortlisted candidates are given consideration for seat allocation during counselling. Selection is determined by merit and the availability of seats.
