Overall, it is good for average students.
Placements: An average of 40% of the students from our branch got placed from our college. The highest salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. Many students got placed from our branch in many companies of Rajkot, Ahmedabad and Baroda. It is one of the best branches. Many companies visit our campus for placements.
Infrastructure: Our college facilities are very good and the best. The campus is good, and there is a proper library service. The hostel is also good, but the quality of food served is medium as per the fees charged but not as per the quality. Medical facilities are low comparatively.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful, qualified and have a vast knowledge of our branch. They are very helpful and friendly with students. Students feel very comfortable with them, and they can easily ask them any doubt at any time. This course curriculum is very relevant, and students can really get help from this.
Other: I have chosen this because of industrial purpose, and the best thing about our course is we are easily get placed as few students took admission. Our branch is completely fine. Many events and sports are organised in our college, and they were good and interesting.

Very Poor Placements, Above Average and good facilities, excellent infrastructure.
Placements: Honestly speaking, in IITE, especially from my branch, and my batch and my previous batch the placements were very poor. Yes companies came but offered packages with very low payscale. On average 4-5 companies come offering an average payscale (12,000-18,000)so students didn't preferred campus placements due to above reasons. The highest package offered for my branch was 21,000/- per month and the lowest was 10,000/-. But in year 2016 a candidate was selected for SKF PVT. LTD for 11 lacs per annum. Henceforth the placements are truly based on one's skills. Even if T&P department fails to bring placements, the professors have enough contacts to get you a job. But overall the T&P department is poor in this university atleast for metallurgy department. There are no particular companies which gives yearly jobs for my department but Sandvik PVT. LTD, DFC PVT. LTD and some minor local companies visited our campus. Trainee engineer is the most common and top role offered for my course as most of the colleges offer too. During my batch until now (I am currently studying and Will complete my course in 2020) no such companies came and offered huge pay scale but least package was 12,000/-per month. Yes internships are available for my course and students have good chances of getting one. Almost 50-60% students gets internships.
Infrastructure: The campus have excellent infrastructure and facilities. Big enough libraries were 50-80 students can study at a time. The Labs and classrooms are also excellent but labs lack many mandatory equipments, but comparatively has good equipments but under maintenance most of the times. The classrooms are also excellent and comfortable with good ventilation. The quality of food offered is also good. The mess facility is also good here with feast once in week. Canteens have variety of food dishes available. You will never end up. Dissatisfied in pur canteens. Talking about the sports and games facilities, students have good playground here, especially basketball court is good here, all the common sports have goodencouragement. Medical facilities are not available in campus.
Faculty: The faculty is good and well qualified here. The teachers are really helpful may it be academics or other they always have your back. The teaching quality is average I would say but you will get your doubts cleared at the end of the day. The curriculum is excellent it surely makes students industry ready.
Other: As I studied my Diploma in Metallurgy I was keen to pursue my degree in this stream too. This course is really interesting and fascinating if you are pretty into it. Material Science should have been taught in deep which didn't happened with the curriculum. Events and fests are brilliant here. Ramzat and Instincts are favourites of the students here. Connectivity is really poor here (as its 15kms outside) but University facilitates bus service which connects in every corner of Ahmedabad. POSCO provides scholarships to 1 student in each branch who is deserving.

There is really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Placements of our EC branch were not much good. Only 50% of the students were placed. The highest salary was approximately 7 LPA to 8 LPA. The average salary offered was around 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA. Placement cell of our university was efficient and useful, but it proved to be less efficient during our tenure.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Indus is the best. Indus University has one of the best campuses with all high tech services available in it. Wi-Fi was very good when we were studying. Quality of food available in the canteen was good and also tasty. Hostel rooms were also very much good and best if we compare it with other colleges.
Faculty: Faculty of EC branch were good. They were very much educated and experienced. They helped us a lot in studies and our projects. Teaching quality of our teachers was nice. Industry exposure was given to me by our college. The course was very much useful in our job.

Excellent institute giving rise to true engineers. Indus University provides a path towards success

Several MNCs came for recruitment of students last year for various departments. 10 lacs was the highest package last year and the average package was 2.5 lacs. 40% students got internships from Indus University. Tata Motors, POSCO, Mahindra, Bajaj, Bharat Forge, Electrotherm, etc. are some of the industries which have visited our college for students' placements.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, the library, medical facilities, sports and games are available on the campus. The quality of labs and classrooms is excellent, and good quality of food is available too. Hostel rooms are also good. It has a neat and clean building with all the facilities. It also gives an excellent atmosphere for study with big grounds for playing a variety of games.
Faculty: All the teachers are highly qualified with nice teaching skills. Teaching lecture with simple slides and videos. 20:1 is the ratio of students to faculty. Through visits and internships, we get industry exposure. The course curriculum is useful for students. Extra classes are also taken by the teachers for the students who face difficulties in some subjects. Teachers motivate the students for different activities, competitions and events related to the field which will give the best benefits in the future.
